CANCELLATION POLICY – FREE EVENTS:
Participants may cancel their registration without penalty prior to the registration closing date. Cancellations made after the registration closing date will be charged $50 (+GST), which includes venue rental, catering services, and other arrangements that have been made at that time. Please note, cancellation fees cannot be applied to future events.
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR PAID EVENTS:
Payment will be required from registered participants when the course is confirmed (i.e. minimum numbers are reached). For participants who cancel their registration at this stage, full payment will still be required, or where payment has already occurred no refund will be provided. A `replacement’ attendee will be accepted. “Special Circumstances” mean unusual or emergency situations that are beyond the control of the customer. The Environment Division will consider a refund under these circumstances and require a written request from the customer in the first instance.
